All & Sons Contracting to develop DIFC Living and Innovation Two

This project is to develop a high-quality extension for existing Marsana as a prime Food and Beverage (F&B) destination in Abu Dhabi, that blends seamlessly with the existing asset, but expands on the Retail and F&B within the island.

ASC have been awarded a new contract with M/s Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR) for the construction of Danay Bay - Residential Villas (Landside Villas) Phase 1 located in Plot No.HRH-01, Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).

The office building is planned to accomodate the growing demand of research / office space within Madar City. The site forms an integral component of the Phase Il rollout for Masdar City and will be zoned for Research & Development.

Ali & Sons Contracting Company - Sole Proprietorship LLC (ASC) has been awarded a contract by M/s DIFC Investments Ltd. for the construction of DIFC CP-05 Office Building - Main Works Package in Plot No. CP-05, DIFC, Dubai with total built-up area of 33,840 m2.

Ali & Sons Contracting Company (ASC) proved once more their capability, driven goals, and objectives by unlocking another milestone for Capital Views Project, a high-rise two towers development comprising of 20 Storeys (319 Residential Apartments) & 18 Storeys (323 Serviced Apartments) located in ADNEC area, Abu Dhabi.
