Ali & Sons Contracting Company - Sole Proprietorship LLC (ASC) has been awarded a contract by M/s DIFC Investments Ltd. for the construction of DIFC CP-05 Office Building - Main Works Package in Plot No. CP-05, DIFC, Dubai with total built-up area of 33,840 m2.
CP-05 is designed as an office building, with innovative co-working spaces on multiple levels. It is designed with podium connectivity in the DIFC retail spine (Gate Avenue Mall) through the link-bridge. The building will function as mixed use, with two restaurants, a casual one at the Concourse level, and the other, a fine-dining restaurant located at the top floor. The core of the building is to be centrally located, to allow flexibility of renting smaller office units on either side of the core, which is in line with the strategy of targeting small start-up companies The project duration is approximately for 16 months.
Putting the project together is a lot of hard work but winning is a wonderful experience.
