The project comprises a B+G+2M+12 storey residential complex in the UAE, with a total built-up area of 67,857 m², delivered in line with high-quality residential construction standards.

The project comprises main works for Towers T3 and T4 within the Uptown Dubai District, featuring three basement levels, shared podium structures, and two mid-rise towers — Tower T3 (+22 floors + roof) and Tower T4 (+16 floors + roof). The development includes commercial, retail, and F&B components, forming part of a major mixed-use development in Dubai, UAE.

The project comprises two high-rise commercial towers on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, developed on Plots CP10-11 (Tower 1 – 37 storeys) and CP12-13 (Tower 2 – 22 storeys). The development also includes ancillary buildings and a mosque, all constructed above two basement levels and three podium levels, with integrated landscaping and public realm works. The total built-up area is 233,965 square metres, forming a landmark commercial development in the UAE’s financial district.

The MG Showroom project represents a purpose-built automotive retail and service facility delivered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), supporting the continued expansion of the UAE’s automotive and mobility sector. The development integrates a modern car showroom, workshop, and office building, designed to meet manufacturer standards, regulatory compliance, and long-term operational efficiency. The facility consists of Basement + Ground Floor + Mezzanine Floor + First Floor, incorporating all associated civil, architectural, MEP, and external works.
