It is with pleasure to announce that we have been awarded another contract for the construction of the M13B Office Building located in Plot No. M13B, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi with M/s Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, PJSC - Masdar.
The office building is planned to accomodate the growing demand of research / office space within Madar City. The site forms an integral component of the Phase Il rollout for Masdar City and will be zoned for Research & Development.
The project is part of Madar City Development's vision to create a commercially viable sustainable city providing the highest quality of life with the lowest environmental footprint. The office building is expected to be completed in 14 months from the contract's effective date.
