The project comprises two high-rise commercial towers on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, developed on Plots CP10-11 (Tower 1 – 37 storeys) and CP12-13 (Tower 2 – 22 storeys). The development also includes ancillary buildings and a mosque, all constructed above two basement levels and three podium levels, with integrated landscaping and public realm works. The total built-up area is 233,965 square metres, forming a landmark commercial development in the UAE’s financial district.

Scope of Work
The scope includes the construction, completion, testing, and maintenance of the main construction works for One Maryah Place, covering two commercial towers on Plots CP10-11 and CP12-13, and all associated civil, structural, architectural, and building services works, delivered to the highest commercial construction standards in Abu Dhabi.
