Danah Bay Phase 1 comprises a high-quality residential villa development delivered as part of a master-planned coastal community in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The project includes Landside Villas and Breakwater Villas, designed to support premium residential living while meeting UAE construction standards and long-term asset performance requirements. Ansam Phase II – Yas Golf Collection is a large-scale, mixed-use residential development delivered on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The project forms part of a master-planned golf-oriented community, combining residential living, lifestyle amenities, and supporting infrastructure in one of Abu Dhabi’s most prominent destinations. Phase 1 - the village souk including FM office building 1, 2, 3 & 4. Phase 2 - golf residences blocks C, D & E including gym & pool. Phase 3 - golf residences blocks F & G. Phase 4 - golf residences blocks A & B. Phase 5 - duplex blocks J & H. Total built-up area: 190,866 square meters.
