Divided into 8O Office Floors + Amenities + 23 Typical Residential Floors + 3 Service Floors + 4 F&B Floors + Roof Common Areas, DIFC Living - 174 Residential Apartments consisting of a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedrooms, and 3-bedrooms units. DIFC Innovation Two - Commercial floors consisting of shell & core offices, fitted offices and co-working spaces, multi-purpose conference facilities, and retail F&B facilities. Total built-up area: 87,669 square meters.
The Project contains 3 levels of basements, shared podium structures and two mid-rise towers (+22+R Floors - Tower T3) & (+16 Floors+R - Tower T4) consisting of commercial, retail and F&B components within the Site.
