It is with great pride and honour to announce that we have been awarded a new contract with M/s Aldar Properties PJSC for the construction of Ansam Phase 2 - Yas Golf Collection Project. The project is strategically located in Yas Island opposite. Yas Ferrari World and Yas Water World. It has direct access on the main road adjacent to Yas Links Golf Course and offers spectacular views over the golf course landscape and mangroves.
This project is the second phase of Ansam Development with a total built-up area of 190,866 m2, executed in 32 months from the commencement date. This phase two project comprises 1,098 units with a target of 3,800 residents.
