Two High-Rise Commercial Towers on Plots CP10-11 (Tower 1 – 37 Storey’s), and CP12-13 (Tower 2 – 22 Storey’s), as well as other Ancillary Building, and a Mosque, all built above Two Levels of Basement and Three Podium Levels including Landscaping and Public Realm. Total built-up area: 233, 965 square meters.
