Ali & Sons Contracting is proud to announce the successful winning of the contract to execute the project "One Maryah Place," located on Al Maryah Island. This marks the first project awarded to us by M/s AMI Properties Holding Limited, a Joint Venture (JV) between M/s Aldar Properties PJSC ("Aldar") and Alsowah Square Properties LLC ("Mubadala").
The project scope is to develop Two High-Rise Commercial Towers on Plots CP 10-11 (Tower 1-37 storeys) and CP 12-13 (Tower 2-22 Storeys), as well as other Ancillary Building and a Mosque, all built above Two Levels of Basement and Three Podium Levels including Landscaping and Public Realm with total built-up area of 233,965 sq. mtr. and shall be executed in 34 months including mobilization.
