We are committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity in our architectural designs, creating spaces that are accessible, welcoming, and representative of the communities they serve.

The project comprises two high-rise commercial towers on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, developed on Plots CP10-11 (Tower 1 – 37 storeys) and CP12-13 (Tower 2 – 22 storeys). The development also includes ancillary buildings and a mosque, all constructed above two basement levels and three podium levels, with integrated landscaping and public realm works. The total built-up area is 233,965 square metres, forming a landmark commercial development in the UAE’s financial district.
