Amidst the daily grind of trying to win a new project, ASC is proud to announce that M/s Dubai Investment Real Estate LLC, the developer of Danah Bay at Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah has entrusted to us another contract, the execution of the Main Works’ Packages for Danah Bay Phase 2 - Residential Tower (Scope C) and Hotel Tower (Scope D).
The overall time for completion of works of Scope C & Scope D shall be 28 months with total built up area of 34,784 square meters for Scope C and 41,705 square meters for Scope D.
