It is my pleasure to announce that ASC have been awarded a new contract with M/s Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR) for the construction of Danay Bay - Residential Villas (Landside Villas) Phase 1 located in Plot No HRH-01, Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)

The Client intends to offer a diversified and commercially viable mixed-use development on At Marjan Island with enhanced buyer's experience. The Development Phase 1 includes (131) villas consist of 83 Residential Villas + 48 Townhouses Units (G+01+R). The project has total built-up area of 33,323 m² and is expected to be completed in 20 months from mobilisation.
